Rates @ The Herds Inn The Herds Inn offers our guests complete privacy during your stay. Whether you are joing us for a romantic weekend, vacation getaway, or family gathering you will have all the comforts of home available during you visit. Special arrangements can be made if you are unable to arrive for check in during our normal hours, or if you are leaving earlier than your required check out day and time. Weekly Rate, Monday to Monday Includes all amenities and activities when appropriate. Weekly Rental Fee: $750.00 per week * Monday Check-In: 4:00pm Monday Check-out: 11:00am Daily Rate Includes all amenities and activities when appropriate. Weekday Fee: $125.00 per day * Weekend Fee: $145.00 per day *      (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) Book you stay for 3 nights and get the 3rd night 50% off. All rates based on double occupancy. Minimum two(2) night stay required. Check-In: 4:00pm Check-out: 11:00am Extended Stay Rates Includes all amenities and activities when appropriate. Extended stays are permitted. Please contact the InnKeeper to discuss your intended stay and guests, we will work with you on determing a fair price to accommodate your needs. Herds Inn Rules: Maximum capacity is 8 people. All rates are for double occpuancy. Additional guests are $20 per night per person. Deposit Required to reserve date of stay. Deposit amount is 20% of expected balance, balance due upon arrival. Rates are subject to change without notice. Refunds/Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 service charge will be deducted from the deposit for cancellations. Cancellation requests must be recieved 10 days prior to date of stay. Children 2 years of age and younger stay free with a paying adult. For your safety there is No Smoking in the house. You may smoke on the porches and the grounds. No Pets Please. Hedgebrook farm is home to many animals, and sometimes unfamiliar animals can cause problems to arise. Please leave your pets at their home. Reservation information You can reserve your weekend or week by either emailing The Innkeeper (innkeeper@theherdsinn.com), or calling toll free 1-866-783-2681. Please have the dates you are interested in visiting, the number of folks in your group, whether you would like "Breakfast in the Bag", family hayride, and/or linens(only the weekly rental guests need to request linens). Payment Methods: Cash, Checks, and travelers checks are accepted. Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover. If you need to cancel for any reason please do so at least 10 days before your arrival date. Your deposit will be returned in full, minus a processing fee equal to 10% of the vacation rental total.
